The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. The awards are unique because they truly reflect a business's dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.
To win this award, Millboard had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5. We’re happy to say that we achieved a rating of 4.8 based on 147 reviews.
